A structured path from confirmed partnership to classroom delivery — built for organisations deploying Thadus across groups of students, not individual sign-ups.
Eight steps take your organisation from a confirmed partnership to students actively learning — and the technical side is fully handled by us.
Do not create accounts from the portal login page. Thadus creates all accounts for you — admin, educator, and student. You simply receive your credentials by email and log in. Nothing needs to be set up on your side.
Official onboarding begins once payment is confirmed. This activates the partnership and our team begins preparing your implementation.
After payment, we reach out to you directly. We ask for three things: the name and email of your nominated Admin account holder (typically your programme manager or director); the names and emails of your educator(s) — one per location if you operate across multiple sites; and the number of devices (computers and laptops) at each location. Nothing else is required from you beyond providing these details.
Thadus creates every account — admin, educator, and student — on your behalf. Student accounts are created one per device and automatically paired to the educator at their location. You do not create any accounts yourself.
Once accounts are ready, every account holder receives their login details by email. The admin receives their credentials directly. Each educator receives their own login credentials, plus a single email containing the credentials for every student account paired to their location. No account setup is required — just check your inbox.
The educator logs in to one student account on each device using the credentials from their email. Their own personal device is logged in with their educator account. The admin's device uses the admin account. The Partner Portal is also where educators download the Thadus app, access training materials, certificates, and support resources. Once every device is logged in, the organisation is ready.
Before sessions begin, every student and every educator completes the Pre-Course Survey on the Partner Portal. Each person submits their own individual entry — even students sharing a device each submit separately. Multiple submissions from one device are expected and fully supported.
Educators start teaching and students start engaging with the courses. The Thadus app and Partner Portal provide the ongoing structure needed to sustain delivery from day one.
Approximately every 30 days from when your organisation went live — not calendar months, but 30-day cycles — every student and educator completes a Monthly Report on the Partner Portal. Each person submits individually. Partners receive an in-portal notification when a report is due, and the Thadus team follows up directly to make sure nothing is missed.
Partners are never left alone after payment. Once accounts are set up, our support model helps sustain implementation.
Educators can submit a support ticket through the client portal any time an issue comes up.
Educators can access an AI chatbot directly from the Partner Portal for instant answers to questions about the curriculum, platform, and delivery.
Direct email access to our team for day-to-day questions and troubleshooting.
Depending on your partnership arrangement, a set number of complimentary educator training sessions are included.
Access your training, resources, and impact reports from the Partner Success Portal.
No. This process is designed for organisations deploying Thadus across groups of students — NGOs, government bodies, school networks, and education providers. Individual educators are not onboarded through this process. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
Multi-centre NGOs and government partners are typically fully onboarded within a fortnight. Single-centre organisations are usually set up in 2–3 days. Onboarding begins once we receive your details — the names, emails, and device counts we ask for after payment. Delivery begins as soon as accounts are created and devices are logged in.
Currently Windows PCs and laptops. Mac, Android tablet, and iOS support are in development.
No. Thadus is fully offline. Once installed, it runs entirely on the device with no internet required.
Progress is tracked within the Thadus platform locally on each device. Org admins can view impact reports through the Partner Portal. Monthly Reports submitted by students and educators every 30 days also provide structured progress data across your cohort.
Educators can submit support tickets through the Partner Portal, use the in-portal AI chatbot for instant guidance, and reach us directly by email throughout the partnership. Depending on your partnership arrangement, a set number of complimentary additional training sessions are also included.
No. Thadus creates every account — admin, educator, and student — on your behalf. You should not attempt to create accounts from the portal login page. Once accounts are ready, every account holder receives their login credentials by email and simply logs in.
The Partner Portal is the central hub for your organisation. From there, educators can download the Thadus app, access training materials and support resources, view certificates, submit support tickets, use the AI chatbot, and complete the Pre-Course Survey and Monthly Reports.
